Every two years, the city organizes the "healthy city" event in cooperation with the forum trotzdem. Everyone can get involved
for meyerdierks, the pink run is an expression of "women’s solidarity. She brought the idea with her from france. This fall’s run will be the third of its kind in the spa town.

"Every woman who is not affected knows someone who has breast cancer", meyerdierks encourages active participation in the charity run, which for her still has a "goose bump" feeling means. Whether it’s the pink run or the health city, the city is open to suggestions from the public. "Come to us!", encourages uwe schmidt, who is responsible for city marketing and thus also the health city. Whether it’s the laughing yoga group or the ladies from zumba fitness – the more people get involved, the more colorful the program becomes.
